yesmail.com and AdTools to Integrate Multimedia and "Shop-Within" Technology into Email Marketing Applications

Companies to co-develop customized tools for enhanced one-to-one communications

yesmail.com (NASDAQ: YESM), the leading outsourcer of permission email marketing technologies and services, announced today that it has partnered with AdTools Inc. to integrate its ice9(tm) multimedia technology, featuring DeskShop(tm), into YesMail's direct email products.

Through this agreement YesMail will provide marketers the ability to deliver rich media messages that enable recipients to browse, select and place products into a shopping cart offline, prior to linking to the marketer's Web site for final purchase. By tightly integrating AdTools' technology with the solutions and service offerings delivered through YesMail, the companies will be providing enhanced media advertising beyond what has been offered in the traditional email marketing medium to date.

This advanced technology allows marketers to rapidly deploy multimedia content and decreases the bandwidth demands on their Web site by minimizing traffic from non-buyers.
