The Users Choice Awards is the only awards program in which customer relationship
management (CRM) products are judged by the end user. There were more than 238 product
entries in a total of 21 categories including: Call Center Communications/CTI, Customer
Satisfaction Measurement and Field Service/Remote Communications.
